Design Approach… With all devices developed using advanced 3-D
CAD software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), every aspect of the
design and manufacture is carefully assessed to ensure all material,
functional and dimensional requirements are met. This ensures that safety
and functionality features including strength, capability, tolerances,
filtration requirements, natural frequencies and flow requirements are
all demonstrated and incorporated into every device. Each design prototype
then has all parameters rigorously verified in our world-class test
and production facility to ensure functionality and conformance to user
requirements. Additionally, a formal Oxygen Hazards and Fire Risk Analysis
is performed on every assembly and sub-component. All products meet
or exceed all recommendations or test requirements as specified in relevant
ASTM, AS, ISO, CGA or NASA/ESA standards or processes and are cleaned
in accordance to these and/or Mil-Spec’s. This approach is used
in each product line including our High Pressure Oxygen Check Valve,
High Pressure Oxygen Fill Valve, High Pressure Oxygen Relief Valve.
